Healthy Iftar! 💗✨
Chickpea Salad!
The traditional Bengali chickpeas we eat are very spicy and oil-rich. Chickpea is a healthy energy food, but it destroys the quality of so much oil and spices.
So, chickpea salad can be a healthy Iftar item instead of the usual chickpeas. This salad is very spicy and tastes so it can be called chickpea “chaath” !

One tip –
Chickpeas can be boiled together and frozen for the whole month. Then, there are many benefits. 🖤
The holy month of Ramadan is not the month of eating tasty food! This must always be remembered to make ourselves better Muslims.
Let the change come by our table!
