Recipe For Moghlai Chicken Roast:

- Chicken – 1 kg
- Sourdough – half a cup
- Nutmeg Jayatri powder – half tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Onion Beresta (fried onion)- half a cup
- Crushed almonds – 2 tsp
- Poppy seed batter – 3 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Malai / Mawa (Cottage cheese-whole milk)- half a cup
- Powdered milk – half a cup
- Ghee / Oil – 1 cup
- Alu Bokhara (Plum) – 8/10 piece
- Raisins – 2 tbsp
- Ginger + garlic paste – 2 tsp each
- Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Saffron color – slight
- Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
- Keora water – 1 tsp
- Chilli – 8/10 pieces

Process of Making Moghlai Chicken Roast
Firstly, heat ghee/oil in a pan, add chicken, chopped almonds + potato Bokhara + raisins + saffron color + green chilies + sugar + salt + tomato sauce + kewra water, and fry them together for 2/3 minutes.
After frying for a while, cover it with a lid and saute it.
Then, After sauteing for 5/6 minutes, add onion + curd + all powdered masala + batter masala and mix well and cook for 5/6 minutes.
Now, boil the chicken on medium heat with plenty of hot water.
When the chicken is cooked, mix it with cottage cheese (whole milk) + powdered milk + a little onion and keep it simmering.
After simmering for 10 minutes, garnish with some lettuce leaves and serve!
